Electro-optical Amplitude Modulator | SIMTRUM Photonics Store

SIMTRUM's LiNbO3 electro-optical intensity modulator based on M-Z push-pull structure has low half-wave voltage and stable physical and chemical properties, and the device has a high corresponding rate, 2.5G/10G/20/40G rate is optional, and the wavelength covers 780nm, 850nm, 1064nm and 1550nm. On this basis, HER series of electro-optical intensity modulators with higher extinction ratio are developed, which can be widely used in fiber sensing, optical pulse generator, LiDAR and laser mode-locking.
