Vacuum Interface

Front 2.75 in flange can be attached to UHV chamber. Spectrograph is isolated with MgF2 window in vacuum adapter. Purge can be dry N2, Ar, or He.

The Spectrometer can be removed from a vacuum chamber without breaking vacuum. This allows bake out of the UHV chamber above the non-operational limit of the spectrometer.

1. 1.The basic model is 2048 pixel CCD, 12bit A/D conversion. In addition, if you need, we can also provide 3648 pixel CCD, 16bit A/D conversion, and externally triggered upgrade options.
2. 2.You can flexibly choose the required grating according to the actual needs. As the grating can be changed out, you can buy separate gratings for the one spectrometer.
3. 3.In addition, we also provide an alternative calibration light source, because the light source is located on the upper surface of the spectrometer, which can be calibrated without removing the spectrometer from the vacuum chamber during calibration.

A PC software package which controls all the spectrometer functions, displays and storesspectral data is provided. Capabilities include:
