Optical Test Measurement System

The Optical Test Measurement System (TMS) allows for fully automated measurements of ultra-low phase noise CW laser sources.


It is able to quickly measure laser phase noise and aproximating its FWHM linewidth down to <3 Hz without a complicated setup.


The homodyne-based system is distinict in wideband measurement without the need for a another low noise reference laser source.
