The SIMSCOP multimode fiber beam homogenizer integrates mature electromechanical and optical processing technologies to achieve effective homogenization of the output beam from multimode fibers. Its exceptional speckle reduction capability is demonstrated not only through extremely high optical field uniformity but also through broad applicability.

It can efficiently eliminate complex speckle patterns generated by various types and sizes of multimode fibers (e.g., 50/125 μm, 400/440 μm, etc.). Whether used in high-resolution microscopy (such as spinning disk confocal systems) or in fiber-based illumination systems, the homogenizer delivers stable, smooth, speckle-free uniform illumination, significantly enhancing image contrast and data quality.

It features an open fiber-interface design that is fully compatible with industry-standard fiber connectors (such as FC/PC, SMA, etc.) and multimode fibers of various core diameters.

 

Customers can simply connect the existing fiber in their system directly to the designated interface of the homogenizer to immediately obtain optimized, uniform illumination. This allows you to retain your original fibers and accessories without replacement, enabling fast, seamless integration into existing complex scientific or industrial optical setups.

Q: How should I choose between different power levels?

A: The higher the power, the greater the risk of fiber damage due to bending vibration. Therefore, when the power exceeds 1 W, we recommend letting us help match the homogenizer to your specific fiber. Choosing our flexible configuration version is even better in such cases.

Q: Do I need a customized motor?

A: Our current motor operates at 116.67 Hz and can achieve a 20 ms exposure time. If you require shorter exposure times, please contact us to customize a higher-speed motor.


A high-quality multimode fiber that has been precisely calibrated and optimized is pre-installed inside the homogenizer. The other end of the fiber is terminated with a standard connector, allowing customers to simply connect it to their laser or light source output.
