PROTHERM CS 400/CS 400-M1 

Infrared Radiation Source


The two-piece infrared calibration source PYROTHERM CS 400 is used for calibration and examination of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared cameras in the temperature range from 50 °C to 400 °C. It consists of the radiating unit and the controller unit, connected with two cables. The total emissivity of the blackened surface is approximately 97 percent. Digital PID controller and precision platinum resistance thermometer Pt100 provide excellent accuracy and stability.


PYROTHERM CS 500 

Infrared Radiation Source


The infrared radiation source PYROTHERM CS 500 is used for calibration and examination of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared cameras in the temperature range from 50 °C to 500 °C. Its execution as an extended area radiator results in a compact portable device with a large aperture and a total emissivity of approximately 97 percent. A serial interface RS-485 enables the control of the radiator with PC. Digital PID controller and precision platinum resistance thermometer Pt100 provide excellent accuracy and stability.



PYROTHERM CS 1200 

Infrared Radiation Source


The infrared calibration source PYROTHERM CS 1200 is used for the calibration and verification of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared cameras within the temperature range from 300 °C to 1200 °C. The cavity style guarantees a very high emissivity. The temperature adjustment can be done directly at the black body or via serial interface RS-485 (optional USB adapter) with PC software. Digital PID controller and high-precision temperature sensor provide excellent accuracy and stability.



PYROTHERM CS 1500 

Infrared Radiation Source


The infrared calibration source PYROTHERM CS 1500 is used for the calibration and verification of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared cameras within the temperature range from 300 °C to 1500 °C, especially in the near infrared range (NIR) at 0.8 µm to 1.8 µm wavelength. The cavity style guarantees a very high emissivity. The temperature adjustment can be done directly at the black body or via serial interface RS-485 (optional USB adapter) with PC software. Digital PID controller and high-precision temperature sensor provide excellent accuracy and stability.  



PYROTHERM CS F35 to F150 

Infrared Radiation Source


The calibration sources PYROTHERM CS F35 to F150 are used for the calibration and control of radiation thermometers and infrared cameras. The temperature value is fixed between 35 °C and 150 °C. A robust stainless steel housing enables the use under rough conditions in the industry. The radiation surface has a high emissivity value of 0.98. A precise temperature control guarantees a high accuracy and stability of the calibration source



PYROTHERM CS 120 

Infrared Radiation Source


The infrared calibration source PYROTHERM CS 120 is used for calibration and examination of infrared radiation thermometers and infrared cameras in the temperature range from –15 °C to 120 °C. A serial interface RS-485 (optional USB adapter) enables the control of the black body with PC. Digital PID controller and precision platinum resistance thermometer Pt100 provide excellent accuracy and stability. Dry air or nitrogen avoides condensation at low operating temperatures.
