Photomultiplier Tube Head-On (Tube Only)(290-650nm)

Photomultiplier tubes can convert weak light signals into strong electric signals through the photoelectric effect and electron multiplication effect, and can amplify weak signals 105-108 times, while having very high sensitivity and gain, so it has important applications in many fields such as particle physics, geological survey,and radiation measurement.According to the incident mode of light signal, it can be divided into Head-on type photomultiplier and Side-on type photomultiplier.
Head-on photomultiplier tubes are more sensitive to the incident Angle of light, usually requiring the light source to be directed directly at the photomultiplier tube, and typically have a more compact design with a shorter light path for applications with high sensitivity.
