SIMTRUM New Launch: Our Latest Additions to the Laser Product Line

It’s an honour to have your continuous support. We're pleased to inform you about the latest additions to our trusted laser product range at SIMTRUM. These new products continue our tradition of delivering consistent performance and quality. Please refer to the details below.

 

Our foremost introduction is the Multi-Line CW Single-Mode Laser. This four-in-one laser includes four different wavelengths (405nm / 488nm / 532nm / 640nm or 405nm / 488nm / 561nm / 640nm), integrating laser diodes, laser cavities, fiber-coupled optics, laser power supply and LD current into one unit. It is designed for laser scanning confocal microscopy system.

 

The advantage of the four-in-one laser system lies in its ability to provide multiple wavelengths of laser light sources, enabling simultaneous excitation of multiple fluorescent dyes or markers, obtaining more comprehensive information in a single experiment. This is of great significance for multi-color fluorescence imaging, co-localization, and co-expression studies of cells and tissues.

While the spotlight is on the Multi-line CW Single-mode Laser, we also have a couple of other noteworthy introductions: The Quantum Cascade Lasers.

 

The Mid Infrared Wide Spectrum Tunable Laser – SuperTune QCL is a wide spectrum continuous tunable laser customized for infrared spectrum and infrared optical instrument applications. Ultra-high stability optomechanical design, combined with unique 3-12μm wide spectrum coverage and wide spectrum tuning capability make it the most cost-effective semiconductor infrared tunable light source in the market.

The CW LWIR Quantum Cascade Lasers (10-17µm) stand out with their exceptional pulsed-operation characteristics. Customers can seamlessly adjust the emission wavelength—thanks to the Peltier element embedded within the laser package that regulates the chip's operating temperature. This adjustment is achieved without mode hopping, ensuring consistent longitudinal single-mode operation. These DFB Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL) are designed to emit Continuous Wave (CW) infrared light at room temperature, spanning wavelengths from 10 to 17 microns.
