Quartz Zero Order Half Waveplates

Quartz Zero Order Half Waveplates are built using two Quartz Multi Order Waveplates to obtain a retardation value of λ/2. By aligning the fast axes of the two waveplates with difference, we can achieve the desired phase difference of π. The Multi Order Waveplates can then be combined to form Zero Order Waveplates.
