At the beginning of the new year, SIMTRUM brings you a Solution for SPAD testing using the TCSPC system. This solution uses Bear Chip SPAD and Package SPAD TO46/TO/08 as examples to illustrate the application of TCSPC technology in testing Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) or Avalanche Photon Diode (APD). During the same period, SIMTRUM also launched two products associated with TCSPC. They are Near-infrared Single Photon Detectors and Ultra-fast Pulse Generator Modulator Drivers. The Near-infrared Single Photon Detector is an extremely weak light detector operating in gating mode. It has one or two independent channels, which can detect single photon light pulses with 10%/20% detection efficiency, low dark counting rate and low post-pulse probability. Please refer to the details below.

The Ultra-fast Pulse Generator for TCSPC especially for driving M-Z modulator. With precision control for pulse width and pulse height, it can accept any logic level as trigger input.
