Standard Beamsplitter Cube, Beamsplitter Cube www.simtrum.com

Standard Beamsplitter Cube is formed by cementing two right angle prisms. According to the broadband spectrum that is targeted, Standard Beamsplitter Cube results in partial polarization for P and S polarised light. The average transmission of incoming light beam still has a T/R of 50:50. Standard Beamsplitter Cube is coated with dielectric coating on the reflective surface, resulting is low absorption loss.


NOTE: The outgoing light beam is partially polarized and is not recommended for polarization sensitive applications. For polarizing application, you may visit our polarizing beamsplitters; for non-polarizing application, you may visit our non-polarizing beamsplitters.
