Near Infrared Single Photon Detector STRSPD-305

NIR Single Photon Detector (900-1700nm)

IRSPD-305 Near infrared single photon detector is a light detector module based on InGaAs/InP process. Working in pulse gated mode, it can detect and count light pulses of single photon level under low light conditions. It has the characteristics of high detection efficiency, low dark count rate and low post-pulse probability. At the same time, the module is compact in structure and stable in performance.

It can be used as the upper computer data communication through the USB serial port, and can also directly detect the output pulse signal, which can be used to access the system or counter. The maximum external trigger frequency can be supported by 100MHz.
